Diego Orjuela
Before founding MinuteFix, Diego was co-founder of Evoca where he held a position as Chief Operating Officer managing the company's technology operations. Diego was responsible for the design, execution and launch of the Evoca voice technology platform and was pivotal in its strategic business planning and fund-raising activities. While holding his position as COO, Diego secured, managed and executed a product and marketing partnership with Skype to deliver call-recording and voice commenting technologies to Skype's 200 million users. Prior to founding Evoca, Diego was a consultant to Checkpoint Systems where he led the corporate intranet and web initiative for the company's 12 European subsidiaries while based in Barcelona, Spain. Previously, Diego was a member of the founding team of several Silicon Valley ventures during the 1990's and was involved in the development of consumer-facing technology services to internet properties participating in verticals ranging from travel to e-dating. While involved in these consumer-based technology ventures, he developed extensive web-based marketing and customer service programs. In 2001, Diego executed the acquisition of one of his internet properties to a private investor in San Jose, California. Diego holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Staffordshire, England.

Gil Donaldson
Gil Donaldson serves as the Senior European Advisor of the New York investment firm Bessemer Trust Company. He also is a Founding and Managing Partner of LD Investissement, a Paris-based real estate investment fund. In 2000, Gil created Donaldson Polakoff Immobilier and DPF Holdings, Paris-based real estate development companies. The company's activities include asset management, acquisition and development in broad range of sectors including retail, residential and commercial real estate in Paris. Gil serves on the Board of Trustees of the American University of Paris and as a member of the Board of Visitors of the Savannah College of Art and Design. He is a board member of the Center for the Study of International Communications at the American University of Paris (CECI), as well as Secretary, Treasurer and founding trustee of the Merchant and Ivory Foundation. Gil graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Econometrics.

Prior to joining MinuteFix, Arnie was VP of Business Development for Slashsupport, Inc., a world-class tech support services provider that offers technology and help-desk support for clients such as Google, Linksys, Netgear, and Vonage. During his tenure at Slashsupport, Arnie spearheaded the acquisition of new business, identified new opportunities, and executed significant partnership agreements that contributed to the company's growth. Arnie has been involved in a number of technology startups including Surfsimple, specializing in web-based emergency notification, medical notification, and GIS solutions; and Ionic Microsystems, an embedded systems technology provider for residential gateways, home networking, and VoIP markets. At Apple, he was in charge of networking for the original Macintosh computer. A veteran of international business, Arnie speaks 8 languages, including the major European and Asian tongues. Arnie earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School and holds an MS in Engineering from Stanford University.

Drew Odom
Prior to joining MinuteFix, Drew was the Online Managing Editor and Production Manager for The South magazine, in Savannah, Georgia, where he led the organization's web initiative and coordinated its creative photography productions. He and Diego worked together previously when Drew was hired to build and manage Evoca's online community. Drew was the founder of Savannah's own Blog Savannah, a yearly conference that brings bloggers from around the United States for a two-day presentation and demo conference in Savannah, Georgia. Previously, Drew co-founded OV CyberSolutions, Inc., a new media design company in Norfolk, Virginia. Drew has been published in numerous publications including The South magazine, Savannah Magazine, Relevant Magazine and Florida Arts and Heritage. Drew is an avid blogger and technologist who earned his Bachelors of Music from Florida State University in Music Theatre with a minor in English. Drew also holds a Masters in Education from Regent University.

Chris Crane brings MinuteFix a solid background in web application development. Having been involved in a large number of high-volume deployments, Chris has the experience to build and maintain the scaleable java-based application necessary for our future growth. Chris' strengths lie in database design and administration, java application development and project management. Prior to joining MinuteFix, Chris was the Senior Software Engineer for the ITSportsNet, Blue Sky Projects and the Eastern School District of Newfoundland, Canada. He holds Sun, Oracle, Microsoft and Cisco certifications. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.
